Solvability of semilinear initial value perturbed control problems with unbounded control operators

In this paper the local existence and uniqueness of the mild solution to some operator semi-linear initial value control problem were studied and developed by using the theory of perturbation, composite, admissibility and "Banach contraction principle", in arbitrary Hilbert space H via perturbation composite semi group approach.
