A 12 years old girl presented to our dermatological clinic with plane wart – like lesions on the face, neck, limbs and particularly the trunk.

Some of these lesions were diffused making large plaques on the wrists and knees.

Hypo pigmented Tinea versicolor like lesions were present on the face neck genitalia and chest.

She was also suffering from recurrent chest and skin infections.

The patient was investigated as a case of Epidermodysplasia verruciformis (EV), and confirmed.
