الملخص الإنجليزي

The study aimed to identify the impact of the implementation of electronic management on organizational performance in the education sector in Jordan, in order to achieve this goal questionnaire was designed and distributed to 205 of staff members of directorate of education of districts in ( Karak, Tafileh, Ma'an).

The study found a number of results including : 1.

The existence of a statistically significant impact for the application of electronic management in the organization, planning, decision-making, management of human resources and control which all are representing the dimensions of organizational performance. 2.

The existence of a statistically significant impact for the application of electronic administration in organizational performance. 3.

The existence of statistically significant differences in the perceptions of respondents about the impact of applying electronic administration in organizational performance attributable to the Directorate, and the differences in favor of the staff of Alqaser comparing to the staff of Tafila and ma‘an. The study concludes many of recommendations such as: work on the implementation of the electronic management as one unit in all components of the educational institution to encourage and promote a culture of change that are considered one of the requirements for success.
