The effect of infection with intestinal parasites of frogs Rana sp.

On hematological parameters were studied.

The blood sample were collected and analyzed, the erythrocytes count (RBC), leukocytes count (WBC), hemoglobin concentration (HB) and packed cell volume (PCV) were determined.

Also the study showed increases in number of monocytes and granular leukocytes in blood of infected frogs when compared with control frogs, Hematological parameters gives informations about prognosis of the diseases.
