الملخص الإنجليزي
New symmetrical substituted heteroaromatic aldazine and ketazines react with dimetylaetylenedicaroxlate (DMAD) not as 1, 3-dienes but as 1, 3- dipolar compounds.
One moles of 1, 3- dipolar compound reacts with 2 moles of (DMAD) via (3 + 2)-cycloaddition reaction the reaction delivered three different products according to the nature of aldehyde or ketone used, namely, the Bicyclic azine, N-allylpyrazole and Acyclic azine.
Some of the products showed high biological activity, and Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) is used to identify these products.
