الملخص الإنجليزي
The main purpose of the study was to examine the effect of English business courses on the writing of business students at Mu'tah University.
The population of the study consisted of all the business students at Mu'tah University, with some focus on the business students who are in the fourth year, and who prepare to graduate soon.
The study sample was thirty business students fifteen of them were first year students who wrote business letters and the other fifteen were fourth year students who wrote the research papers.
The findings of the study reveal that the English business courses Don't improve the level of the business students' writing in English.
In addition, these courses didn't contain enough training sections to practice English business writing.
The teachers of these courses depended on regular and traditional ways to teach these courses and used translation into Arabic.
On the other hand, the students' attitude towards improving their writing in the future was towards attending special English training courses after graduation.
