الملخص الإنجليزي

This study summarized in a number of points were focused on the purpose of conducting this study, first purpose concerned with the role of quality of usability in success of computer information systems, second purpose this study explained how to identify the information that it is necessary to take into account when specifying or evaluating quality of usability in terms of measure quality of usability of user satisfaction, ease of use, and ease of learning, third purpose introduce a group of heuristics to help us when we want to evaluate and measure the quality of usability in an explicit way, purpose four explains how we can measure user satisfaction, and how we can use evaluation process outputs in our judgment on the quality of usability of evaluated system, beyond that to achieve these purposes, the we were built a new model representing all criteria and characteristics affecting the quality of usability in three dimensions, user satisfaction, ease of learning, and ease of use, this model is called 3D Metrics evaluation model, we were used it to evaluate and assess twenty systems selected from different computer information systems areas, after the evaluation and assessment process for the selected systems finished by applying 3D metrics on it, we analyzed the obtained results and introduced the judgment on the systems by explain why did not the systems achieved the requirements of quality of usability and the others did, the end of this study is a set of recommendations were introduced to guide the evaluators in the future.
