The main goal of this work is the determination of the cyclic decomposition of the factor group cf {Z11 (n), Z) / R (Z11 (n)).

The factor group of all Z-valued class functions module the group of Z-valued generalized characters for the elementary belian group Z11 (n) This problem leads us to the determination of the invariant factor matrix of the Z-valued character table of Zn (ll \ for which we have obtained a semi technique for the Diagonalisation of -*(Zp (n) block wise (p is any prime) and a powerful computer program has been constructed for this aim.
