الملخص الإنجليزي

In the globalization era, information technology and understanding of cross-interest differences are considered the key for business accomplishment.

While people are getting more familiar with information technology, their satisfaction varied according to many elements.

Moreover, the term satisfaction and how to measure it is under constant debate.

User satisfaction would indicate the degree of system success or failure.

Since the E-government project in Jordan is under implementation and represents a very complicated system as well as a problematic area, this research tend to measure satisfaction in E-government projects.

E-government projects highlight and concentrate the benefits for the government so this research will search if it also satisfies of user.

A confirmatory factor model and structural equation model were developed and tested and the overall results of the empirical investigation supported the general framework.

Using confirmatory factor analysis techniques, the user satisfaction hypotheses developed for this thesis were tested and the models were also verified.

IT satisfaction factors seen by system related attributes (SRA) and work related attributes (WRA) factors were confirmed.

Both system related factors (SRA) and work related factors (WRA) were also found to have a significant positive relationship in the e-Dwain systems.
