الملخص الإنجليزي

The basic problems facing the web server performance are the big workload on the web server through ordering pages on line; how to obtain the best results which the clients expect, not just what they need, through demanding any service from internet (online); how that is accomplished; and how can we handle the web server's tuning in hard times.

In addition to the traditional methods, which the researcher and suggests to decrease the load; to use simulation and modeling in order to analyze the web server behaviors; and to analyze the system as a helpful labor.

"Some logical solutions suggested "in" this lescarchy using" benchmark; which is here web server stress tool (WSST) to evaluate and tune the performance, that for realize our objectives, and determine when and where the tuning has happened.

This shall be carried out by monitoring and analyzing web server's behavior under different hardware and software conditions.

In this context, we also focus on fixing the conditions, constraints in all test situations, and finding the relations between the web server criteria, factors, and measurements which we apply to more than one web server with different workload types and times, and in different scenarios, in order to determine the significance of the findings resulted from solving some of problems.

The research focused on fourth parameters in (WSST) which were created to measure the workload on web server.

A focus was paid to the main parameters which interact with some web server measurements, like throughput ; with some criteria like Click Times, where all of which were tuned by special factors like server bandwidth, while holding comparisons between the two web server companies (svl819; svl849) which represent different kind of workload and activities, based on results of their behavior; and building the results upon observations, along with applying experiments on cases (100, 1000) users, which represent normal, heavy workload sequence.

Optimize the results with extent "formalizing, definitions, and equations" can be used as guidelines for optimizing the results for more tuning ; In the conclusions, the research approached multiple issues here aiming to suggest suitable solutions for the problems which shall be deemed logical, scientific and new.

These solutions depend on standardized optimization equations and Z formulae related to the presence of parameters, factors and criteria and explore the relations between them.

Also, seeking to find what happens on web server behaviors.
