This thesis proposes evaluation model for building artificial intelligent tutoring model (AITM) in Jordanian Universities.

A literature and a practical survey of web development methodologies have been conducted to identify blended Learning system readiness in Jordanian universities, mainly: „h Blended learning system for building artificial intelligent tutoring model.

„h Integrating blended learning system with learning content management system (LCMS).

„h Integrating blended learning system Integrated with knowledge management system (KMS).

„h Integrating blended learning system based on semantic web technology (SWT).

„h Adaptive artificial intelligent tutoring system (AITS) based on blended learning system.

„h Evaluate blended learning system using different simulation based system.

Evaluating models for building AITM in Jordanian Universities include: Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), Philadelphia University (PU), Hashemite University (HU), Isra University (IU) and Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT).

There are a multiple criteria and decision analysis in analytical hierarchy process (AHP's) implementation.

In addition, a set of technical and pedagogical norms are proposed to monitor the efficiency of AITM.

A blended learning AHP is used to model and evaluate the proposed framework.

The framework is evaluated by blended learning AHP evaluation model, which is proposed by Francesco Colace in 2006.

The evaluation model is evaluating four main features (management, collaborative approach, Management of interactive learning objects and Adaptation of learning path).

Every feature involves, in their vi determination, some sub-features.

The results of evaluation model are outlined as follows: „h Total weights of the proposed framework in management feature is 23/25, in collaborative feature is 7/10, in adoption learning path is 10/10 and in interactive learning object is 5/5.

„h The total weights of all features are 45/50.

An AHP evaluation model is applied on Jordanian universities.

Then we compared the results with each other.

„h The total weights of JUST, PSUT and PU is 50, and for HU, IWT and IU are 45, 43, and 42 respectively.

Evaluation process shows that the proposed framework satisfies the objectives and functionalities that are required in this work.

„h Focusing on BLS requirements include: LCMS, KMS, Semantic web- based and AITS and Simulation are importantly viewed to have a role in supporting the management, collaborative, management of interactive learning objects and adaptation of AITM, and implementation as a continuous and iterative process.

„h The researcher recommended focus on the BLS requirements and quality of AITM evaluation, and comprehensive survey in Jordanian universities such as AL-Ahliyya Amman University, Yarmouk University, AL-Hussein Bin Talal University.
