I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to my supervisor Dr.
Issam Al-Khatib for his guidance throughout this research. Also I would like to thank Dr.
Amer El-Hamouz and Dr.
Ziad A-Mimi for their helpful comments. Many thanks to the Palestinian Contractors Union for their helpful information and facilitation of communication with all of the contractors; many thanks to all the contractors in the construction sector, especially those responded to our questionnaires.
