Prevalence of salmonella enteritides in water birds carcases from farmer's houses in Basrah Marshes

The present study was performed to determine the prevalence of Salmonella enteritides contamination of water birds carcasses in slughter shopes in Basrah city , 120 samples were collected from meat and Bacteriological examination was done .

the results showed that the rate of contamination of meat was (10% ).
