الملخص EN

Research in the area of technology acceptance focused more on certain variables, and explored more traditional theories in the area.

Income is a critical factor in developing countries as this area defines the capacity of people to utilize Internet services and especially electronic banking.

This study extended the technology acceptance model with social influence and investigated the moderation effect of income.

Results indicated that income moderated the relationship between perceived usefulness and intention to use electronic banking ; but failed to do so between ease of use and social influence and intention to use.

Conclusions and future work are stated at the end of this paper.
