الملخص AR
شخصت في هذه الدراسة بكتريا ال Klebsiella ozenae كمسبب لالتهاب الزائدة الدودية غير شائع لأحد المرضى الذين أجري لهم عملية استئصال للزائدة الدودية بعد التهابها في مستشفى الحلة التعليمي في محافظة بابل.
أظهرت البكتريا مقاومة لمجموع من المضادات الحيوية مثل Tetracycline, Trimethoprin, Cefotoxime, Ceftazidme, Cephalothin, Amikcin, Naldixic acid.
و كانت حساسة لمجموع أخرى شملت Gentamicin, Impenem.
عند إجراء اختبار الفعالية اختبار الفعالية الدوائية للبكتريا تجاه مجموعة من المضادات الحيوية.
أجريت على هذه البكتريا عملية تفقيد للجدار الخلوي بهدف مقارنة حساسية البكتريا للمضادات الحيوية قبل و بعد التفقيد, و وجد اختلاف في حساسية البكتريا باختلاف المضاد كما وجد بعض التغيير في حساسية البكتريا لبعض المضادات قبل و بعد التفقيد.
و تم مقارنة المحتوى الوراثي لبكتريا ال Klebsiella ozenae و أظهرت النتيجة أن هناك اختلاف في النسق البلازميدي و الوراثي قبل و بعد عملية تفقيد الجدار الخلوي.
الملخص EN
Klebsiella ozenae uncommon cause of appendicitis was isolated from an appendix autopsy in Hilla teaching hospital.
The result revealed that the antibiotic sensitivity of the bacteria was varying between resistant to Tetracycline, Trimethoprin, Cefotoxime, Ceftazidime, Cephalothin, Naldaxic acid, Amikacin and sensitive to Gentamicin and Impenem.
The role of cell wall in antibiotic resistance was detected by removing of cell wall.
Results showed that there was a significance differences in antibiotic sensitivity before and after removing of cell wall.
Also the results revealed a differences in genetic contents and in plasmid profile before and after cell wall removal.
