Evalutions of histopathological lesions in gill, liver and intestine tissue were carred out in juveniles of fish C.carassius following 8 dayes of exposure to (o.

5)ppm of cadmium.

This study was showed on gills (1) fusion of adjacent lamellar epithelium (2) sepration of epithelial layer (3) epithelial necrosis (4) loos in regular shape (5) hyperplasia of secondary lamellar epithelium .

But in liver recorded (1) haemorrahgein liver sinuses (2) hypertrophy with hepatic cells (3)diploid nucleus (4) necrosis in hepatic cells (5) deposite material .

While in intestine observed (1) shortining villi (2) inflammation response with degeneration in mucusa and sub mucusa .
