He also brought religious books from scientific centers of the Islamic world.

He played a great role in improving the scientific movement together with the inhabitants of Al-Andalus.

He taught them various kinds of sciences so that to become prominent figures in Al-Andalus.

He died in Kurtuba in (377 A.
