After irradiation .

the number of peripheral blood lymphocytes and 1 white blood cells W'as reduced .

The percentage of rosetle forming lymphocytes were also decreased while NBT percentage of poly morpho nucleocytes were increased with radiotherapy .

Peripheral blood lymphocytes appears in different forms and shows formation of micronuclei .

The number of mieronuclei was significantly increased with irradiation especially in binuclear lymphocytes compared with that before irradiation .
