الملخص الإنجليزي

-This study aimed to gauge risk impact in projects on quality, cost and time, and to find methods that may help engineers to minimize risks of cost increase and non-adherence with scheduled programme and bad quality. To investigate the research problem a survey was conducted.

A sample of 40 construction companies was selected and studied through a questionnaire designed to include (34) items with limited close-ended questions. The findings showed that the level of companies awareness about the culture of risk management was (75%), the impact of risk on cost and time management are (90%), while on quality was (85%).

The level of companies interest on risk management regarding quality was (60%), for cost (30%) and for time only (5%). The research concluded many results including that good and effective site management helps in minimizing cost and increasing productivity.

The study recommends the importance of risk management that affect quality.
