-The successful industrial organization is the one that takes the causes of success in order to ensure continuity in a competitive market.

This research confirms that the way to success and to continue beginning with the three key factors:- 1- Accepted scientific knowledge in management for those who fill managerial position, this knowledge will prevent personal opinions which to not have a scientific basis.

All the old and modern management perspective aimed to the survival of industrial components, and the integration of all those components. 2- Selecting the right structure suitable for the industrial organization and this structure must ensure: - verifiable objectives, which ….

Are a major part of planning; a clear idea of the major duties or activities involved; and an understandable area of direction or authority. 3- Create a situation of complete control for the inputs and outputs of the production process
