By using NIOSH lead was extracted from hall blood after that lead was estimated by atomic absorption in Gologia Research Unit, the result of lead concentration in collected samples was so high (maximum=35µg\dl) also Hb estimated as second parameters which was normal (maximum=86%) the collected data which showed an acute lead poison because there was no learning disabilities and changing in behavior of students under study because they was exposed to high lead level with in short period of time.

How ever , HB concentration don’t affects because it inhibit by chronic poison.

This study also showed how poverty participate in lead poisoning as shown In Ombada and Hajyousif .From this study the results showed generalized lead poisoning In contaminated and control samples because the later exposed to lead from Albageer factory which lie southern Elaphon because the selected schools found in the central of Elaphone away from traffic street, also this study showed the relationship between students who walk on foot and severity of toxicity by inhalation but the good news that drawing materials was free from lead for this, children under study was not affects by drawing habits always.
