The use of 7-bloking in galois geometries

The lower bounds for the size of μ- blocking sets where μ = 7 is unknown except for μ ≤6 .In this work we finding lower bounds for the size of 7-blocking set we obtain three main results about it in Galois geometries .These bounds are proved in the case q is square ,which are the following results theorems.
