الملخص الإنجليزي

This research is an attempt to work quantitative analysis of the factors affecting the money supply during the time period of the year 1971 to 2005.

We used multiple linear regression method to analyze our model. 1-GDP, inflation rate and lag money supply of the same period of time has a significant statistical impact on the money supply. 2–The logarithmic model seems to be the best model used to estimate the money supply for the period specified of the study. 3–The sign of the estimated parameters are formal with economic theory. 4-The F test shows that the model is highly significant, which explain the fitness of the regression model. 5–The coefficient of determination R2 is very high which explains that all the independent variables explain the rate of change in the dependent variable (money supply). 6–The model estimated met all the criteria economic, statistical and econometrics theory. Based on the results that have been reached researcher recommends the following: 1–A strategy of research for the integrated control of the money supply, taking into account all the macro-economic variables. 2–Set up or develop a database to provide data for researches and degrees. 3–We should control the General Agreement of the State in order to control the size of the money supply.
