الملخص الإنجليزي

Equation of the bending stress divided into two types, one is mm and the other is inch for all design association which specializes in the gears.

There are two association which are very known in the world, the first is ISO which is worldwide and international, the second is AGMA it is AMERICAN,these association and Lewis formula with the bending stress proposed are calculate to get the bending stress in spur gear for different shapes.

An extensive cumulative review of gear types and gear terminology has been gathered A MATLAB SIMULINK™ model for spur gear teeth to be used in bending stress calculation problems is considered.

The maximum theoretical bending stress values are simulated by this simulation software.

The dimensionless tooth model has the advantage that its worst loading case can be described and determined accurately by the use of only seven parameters, i.e.

the gear module, m, the number of teeth, z, the dedendum ratio, rd, the pressure angle, φ, the face width of the gear, w, the power transmitted by the gear, P, and the gear speed, N
