الملخص EN

Face, usually is not of a single type or can be stored under one standard or category of facial forms.

This study was accomplished and aimed to investigate the facial features, proportions and differences in facial types in relation with class I, II, III malocclusion in Al- Sheha village which represented a rural population.

The direct method for facial analysis was followed selecting a sample of 134 subjects between 6-18 years of age.

The result of this study showed that mesiocephalic facial form was dominant in class I and class II malocclusion, whereas in class III malocclusion mostly dolicocephalic form and there is a significant difference between sexes for both vertical relationship and facial form.
