Out of 66 Lateral cephalometric films for a skeletal II Class II division 1 malocclusion individuals, ANB = 5 degrees and above with an overjet = 5mm.

and above, a combined analysis including angular and linear measurements were done to assess the skeletal feature and particularly to assess the incisor position.

Results reveal that such anteroposterior discrepancy exhibit a maxillary protrusion with true mandibular Retrusion, with a wide variational representation of the axial inclination of upper & lower incisors.

Using the reliable angles SNA, SNB & their difference ANB angle from a lateral cephalometric radiographs and analyzing it for individuals exhibit an overjet of 5mm.
