Paradoxes of considering women issues outside the societal context

The aim of this study is to provide an integrated model for women issues that links ideologies with thought, employs heavenly knowledge to serve the entire Muslim community interests and to explain the objectives of many writings concerning women issues such as enraging women, spreading hostility spirit and conflict with men, despite the fact that the issue is one and undetached from the entire Muslim issues. To tackle this issue, the research suggests the following questions : • Are women aware of their genuine role ascribed by Allah? Are the women issues not treated in the divine legislation? And who is responsible of the transgression concerning women issues writing? • Is the division of roles and functions between women and men unfair or are they integrated and undetached • What are the goals of these international conferences and conventions? Do they achieve justice and equity or make her at a disadvantage and consequently defeat the community as they constitute the base of its structure. • As the research subject is considered as one of the significant and complicated subjects, a dual method ranging between the historical, descriptive and analytical method was chosen.

As for the methods of data collection, the research relied on reviewing readable sources like books, researches, brochures, periodicals, reports and recommendations of related conferences as well as the windows internet explorer.

After a thorough discussion of the different aspects of the subject, the study arrived at some results.

Some of these were previously determined and are only confirmed by this research.

The results derived from this research are as follows : 1 The main problem in these studies is that they isolate women from the society and impose absolute rights for them, thus creating a situation of a continuous conflict between men and women which disturbs the stability of the society..

2 Changing the form of society through the change of the family form and eventually getting rid of it and this is for obvious reasons using different means against man guardianship and the emergence of different illegitimate family types violating the natural instinct Allah, the Almighty, ascribed to people and consequently this will lead to the eradication of the human communities.

The study arrived at the following recommendations : 1 To review the books and surveys showing the prestigious and high status of women in Islam and to thoroughly study them either through their reinvestigation or explanation by tackling them through public forums.

2 To be able to face the phenomenon of globalization of the Islamic world socially, it is necessary to establish future strategic study centers and to plan practical efforts for confrontation 3 To hold international conferences concerning family issues and human rights from a legitimate (Sharie) perspective.

This matter should be adopted by esteemed Islamic bodies and to publicize internationally Islamic views concerning women.

4 To adopt the Islamic model regarding the relationship between men and women in the Islamic societies in matters related to public life and family system as well.

All in all, the study aimed to reach a shrewd and constructive view in order to achieve safety of the society in the manner making men and women work together as one body to attain defense against all plots that threaten the entire Muslim community.
