The Effect of nonverbal messages in the administrative communication efficiency in the state Directorate in Deban (An Empirical Study).

This study is aimed at investigating the effect of nonverbal messages on the administrative communication efficiency on the state Directorates in Deban.

To achievc the purposes of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire.

The sample of the study consisted of 350 employees.

(305) out of them responded, i.e.

the response rate is (87 J 4) percent The study revealed that there is a statistical significance between nonverbal messages and the efficiency of the administrative communication.

Also, there is a statistical significant correlation between the responses perception of the nonverbal messages and the modified variables, as well as, between the responses perception of the administrative communication efficiency and the modified variables.

In the light of the findings, the study addressed some recommendations: administrative leaders in the state directorate in Deban should pay much attention to the elements of the nonverbal messages, specially the shape, behavior, place and time, that affected the elements.

Also, th^ necessity to pay much attention to the administration elements such as the nature of information, ta^k specialization, and the designation of organization due to their effectiveness on the employee non Verbal messages and efficiency of the administrative communication.
