A mathematical model for a continuous drying process in fluidized -bed dryer is presented.
This model is based on heal and mass transfer between The gas and the solid phase.
The proposed model can be considered as an extension of the traditional distributed mathematical models developed by Palancz [l] and Lai [2].
The advantage of our lumped mathematical model is that it can be used for simulating the performance of (lie drying process as well as for designing a control strategy for the dryer.
This substantial improvement has enabled us to design a P.
I.
D controller for our fluidized-bed dryer.
الملخص FRE
Cet article présente la modélisation mathématique d'un procédé de séchage à lit fluidisé continu.
Ce modèle est base sur les équations de transfert de chaleur et de masse entre la phase gazeuse et la phase solide (produit à sécher).
Le modèle propose peut être considéré comme une extension des modèles traditionnels à paramètres distribués développés par Palancz 111 et Lai |2|.
L'avantage de notre modèle, qui est à paramétres localisés, est qu'il peut être utilisé pour simuler les performances du procède de séchage ainsi que pour concevoir une stratégie de commande du séchoir.
Cette importante amélioration nous a permet la conception d'un régulateur P.I.D pour notre séchoir à lit fluidisé.
