This paper pertains to the simultaneous measurement of Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS), Stimulated Brillouin Scattering (SBS), and Photoacoustic Signals (PAS) obtained from liquids on excitation by the frequency doubled pulsed Nd-Yag laser.

The scattering in the forward and backward directions (the latter coming as Phase Conjugated waves) occurs at 532 and 630 nm.

Our study clearly indicates the role of strong acoustic waves in producing phase conjugation in green and red.
