الملخص EN

-High field electronic transport in disordered materials such as organic semi conductors, non crystalline semi conductors, thin films materials, granular materials, has been theoretically investigated by means of a percolative treatment.

The study have been based on some cases of density of states.a constant DOS for non crystalline semi conductors,a parabolic DOS for granulars or coulomb gap VRH, an exponential DOS for Si:a-H and a Gaussian DOS for polymers.

The results obtained using a percolation theory is agree with Poole Frenkel law In a

Further more this results were also experimentally observed by many authors and theoretically derived hv Movaghar. The model used gives some other kinds of law which will be discussed in the present paper.
