Determination of unknown term in a heat equation

The problem of determining an unknown source in the heat equation with the ill-posed ; is considered in this paper.

Applying Tikhonov’s regularization approach, we develop procedure to find an approximate stable solution to the unknown source/sink term from overspecified data.
