الملخص AR
تم أعداد هذا البحث لاستخلاص و تشخيص ثم دراسة الفعالية المضادة للأحياء المجهرية لاحد اهم الزيوت النباتية الطبية من نبات الكزبرة و هو ما يعرف بزيت الكورياندر و المستخدم في العديد من المستحضرات الصيدلانية.
درست الفعالية المضادة للأحياء المجهرية على عينات متعددة من البكتريا و الخمائر شملت ما يلي Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumonia, Streptococcus pyogenes, Candida albicans, Eschirichia coli, Pseudomonas aeroginosa و Proteus vulgaris و باستخدام طريقة تثبيط المنطقة.
تمت عملية الاستخلاص باستخدام التقطير بالبخار و باستخدام مذيب عضوي مناسب.
كما تم خلال البحث تحديد المستخلص العضوي الأمثل لعملية الاستخلاص.
شخص الزيت المستخلص من نبات الكزبرة بواسطة كروماتوغرافيا الطبقة الرقيقة حيث استخدم مزيج من الاثيل استيت : تولوين بنسبة 1 : 9 كطور متحرك.
كذلك تم تحديد قيمة MIC لكل نوع من للأحياء المجهرية.
الملخص EN
Two-dimensional computer simulations are carried out to quantify the quality of apodized square aperture (ASA) in terms of the diffraction limited resolution and the efficiency of detection of faint companions.
The study involve the quality of the point spread function (psf), and the modulation transfer function (MTF) of a reference star.
Annular apodized square aperture (AASA) is also considered in this study.
The results are then compared with the classical circular aperture.
ASA shows high contrast which increases the possibility of detection of faint companions and AASA demonstrates significant high frequency components which leads to high resolution.
