The character table of the 2-groups of the maximal class of order 2n|, n > 4

In this paper we construct the character tables of the generalized dihedral group, generalized quaternion group and the semi-dihedral group of order 2n, 4.

The construction is done by induction, using induced representations to find the last 2n'-* different irreducible representations of degree 2.
