As social networking sites have enlarged in popularity with millions of users.

E-business becomes in need to accompany with social media to keep performing benevolent.

With the rapid growth of online social network websites, makes it an attractive environment for Sybil (fake) accounts.

Fake accounts are often controlled by a small number of real users.

They typically exhibit common behaviors, and hence, those relatively can be identified.

In this thesis, two frameworks for the most popular social networking sites: Facebook and Twitter to detect fake user accounts are proposed.

Our proposed frameworks use a composition of algorithms and attributes extracting to identify accounts that behave in a different behavior than usual ones.

We developed a grading system for both to verify and achieve reliability of the accounts.

Testing both frameworks has been carried out through conducting several experiments on real accounts on both social networks.

We construct a moderate ground truth database for several accounts on Facebook and Twitter.

The results show great performance for both frameworks.

Facebook validation has a percentage of 64.6% and the Twitter validation has a percentage of 72.9% of precision in validating the reliability of online social network accounts.
