The current study sought to identify the effect of the political structure on the Arab protests movement in Egypt.

To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher sought to identify the relationship between the political regime ability to fulfill the demands of people and the continuality of the governing political regime.

The study contained a preface and three chapters.

In the preface, the study addressed the concept of political regimes, its types and legitimacy.

In the first chapter, the researcher addressed the structure of the Egyptian political regime before and after the protests in 2011.

In this chapter, the political structures in the Egyptian regime before the protests were discussed in addition to discussing the development indices at Egypt before the protests.

In the second chapter, the study discussed the reason behind the rise of the protests and their consequences.

In the third chapter, the study addressed the political regime after the 25th, January, 2011 revolution.

Also, the political regime in the transition period at Egypt was studied as the study examined the role played by the Egyptian army in Mubarak collapse in addition to the presidential elections.

The chapter also addressed the reign of president Mursi, the performance of his government , the collapse of this government.

The study concluded that there was a positive correlation between the structure of the political regime and the protesting movement.

As the political regime structures are built on legitimacy, laws, and fair distribution of power increases, the more countries will me stable.

As for denying the demands of people and relying on the police state, people will be more prone to resorting to revolutions in their fight against tyranny and injustice.

In light of these results, the researcher recommended the need to take the people's demand into consideration, to make them a partner in power, respect their well, provide a democratic political climate and to benefit from the experience of Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, then identify strengths and weaknesses in this experience.
