The air traffic increase and the air controller's workload haeviness lead to give assistance to the controller.

The purpose of our research is to propose and Validate a new organization of the air-traffic control , which allows controllers to stay active in the supervisory loop of the process, in order to maintain the present safety leveland to improve the global system performances.

Our studies are' directed towards an horizontalcooperation which consists in a dynamic allocation
