On the class of m*-paranormal operators

We study some topological and gemoetrical properties of the class of M*-paranormal operators.

We also prove that the uniform closure of the unitary orbit of an M*~paranormal operator is a subset of the class of M*-paranormal operators.

It turns out that it is not necessary that the similarity orbit of an M*-paranormal operator be a subset of the class of M*-paranorma! operators.
