The study aimed at identifying the knee injuries among the Sudanese top league football players, season (2012).

The researcher used the descriptive method and the subjects were the Sudanese top league football players, season (2012), whose total number is 12 players.

Important results include that : There were injuries related to the knee joint and its ligaments, the menisci and the patella.

Important recommendations include :  More care and attention should be taken to the good, suitable exercises and training.

 Making proper, standard fields.

 Avoiding violence, careless, or unfair play.
