The purpose of this research is to study the privatization impact on the performance of the Algerian public companies.

La majorité des études empiriques soutient l’hypothèse d’amélioration de la performance de l’entreprise publique après sa privatisation.
L’objectif de cet article est d’étudier l’impact de la privatisation sur la performance des entreprises publiques algériennes.
Ce travail montre globalement, que la privatisation a un impact positif sur la performance des entreprises privatisées.
