الملخص الإنجليزي

The Higher Education Enhancement Projects (HEEP) was established to help in laying down the foundation for improving the quality of higher education system in Egypt.

Impact Assessment System was developed to identify whether HEEP have efficiently achieved their planned goals.

The system was tested over two phases in Zagazig university.

Several aspects have shown an appreciable improvement.

Nevertheless, it seems to be too early to identify the long term impact of these projects.

We hope by repeated application of the system regularly, we will be able to track changes and identify the real HEEP impact.
