الملخص الإنجليزي

This work present a methodology to implement an E- audit system which can be used to evaluate the Babylon university institutions.

The evaluation represent the quality assurance conditions which can be applied for the institutions in higher education which meet the requirements of the quality assurance.

The system used a database that contains standard parameters represent the standardization (perfect parameters).

The system provide an institution interface in the form of question and answer, the institution answers can be gather into a knowledge base file .The resulted file verified with standard one and the system give advice for give accreditation or refine .
