In this article, the author studies the enzumatic material of Melanophila picta (Pall), a Buprestidae coleopterous, ravajor of Poplar in Morocco.
In spit of it's secondary character, the insect attacks trees still with (seve) as it does not have cellulase.
Larvas have instead active amylase and pictinase.

Dans cet article l'auteur etudie l'equipement enzymatique de Melanophilapicta (Pall), Coleoptere Buprestidae, ravageur des peupliers au Maroc.
malgre son caractere secondaire, l'insecte s'attaque a des arbres encore en seve, puisqu'il ne possede pas de cellulase.
Les larves ont par contre une amylase et une pectinase actives.
