Wood is an hygroscopic material, and its moisture content below the fiber saturation point is a function of both the relative humidity and the temperature of the ambiant air.

In this article, the equilibrium moisture contents of wood in different regions of Morocco were computed using climatic data of the year 1988-89.

Le bois est un materiau hygroscopic et il reste en equilibre d'humidite avec l'air ambiant, et ceci dans la limite du point de saturation.

Dans cet article, les humidites d'equilibre du bois dans les differentes regions du Maroc sont calculees en utilisant les donnees climatiques de l'annee 1988-89.
