Background: This Descriptive study was conducted to evaluate the advantages of Endoscopic Limited Nasal Septal Surgery (ELNSS) and its limitations.

Methods: Seventy six patients, who have symptomatic nasal septal deformities with or without other sinus or nasal pathology, were studied.

48 of them were men (63%) and 28 were women (37%), with a median age of 30.

All patients underwent endoscopic limited nasal septal surgery (ELNSS).

Fifty one patients (67% of total) had undergone combined endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) with ELNSS in the same session.

Results: Only one patient (1.3% of total) had septal perforation less the 2 cm in diameter.

Two patients (2.6% of total) had a slight post operative deviation.

There were neither postoperative septal hematomas nor postoperative bleeding.

There was no record of post operative infections, and no orbital injuries or cerebral spinal fluid leaks.

Conclusion: This study suggests that Endoscopic limited Nasal Septal Surgery (ELNSS) is an effective, easy, safe, and fast alternative that should be considered for correction of limited septal deformities.
