Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM) is such a rare form of congenital lung disease that it has been the subject of several recent case reports Most of these reports have highlighted the role of antenatal ultrasound examination in early diagnosis, characterization and prediction of outcome.

We wish to report an additional case of Stocker Type I CCAM diagnosed by antenatal ultrasound in our institution.
