The aim of this article to construct a life table for Republic of Yemen in by using orphanhood method.

The idea of this method is obtaining indirect estimation of adults deaths from the proportion of people with parents who have died then translating the proportion of persons with a surviving parent into probabilities of survival.

This life table techniques is depends on the adults` and childhood deaths, logit system techniques, simple regression model and weighted arithmetic means.
