The study was aimed to isolate the concurrent infection with Coccidia and clostridia from the field cases and detect the main type of Coccidia which was Eimeria tenella and Clostridia microorganism which was Clostridium perfringens type (A).

225, one day old chicks were divided into 5 equal groups, group (1) negative control, group (II) infected, group (III) vaccinated with Coccidia vaccine, group (IV) treated with Clostridia toxoid and group (V) vaccinated with Coccidia vaccine and treated with Clostridia toxoid
