Objectives The main objective of the study was to assess serum anti cardiolipin and serum progesterone in Sudanese woman with recurrent miscarriage in Khartoum state.

Methods The study was carried out in Khartoum Teaching Hospital during the period of 2011 to 2012.

The study was performed on 86 patients as the study group and 86 healthy volunteer as the control group.

The age for the control group and the test group were matched.
