الملخص AR
يشتمل البحث على طريقتين مختلفتين لتقدير معوضي الاوكزين باستخدام تقنية التحليل الطيفي مع الاستخلاص بالمذيب.
فالطريقة الأولى تتضمن إجراء الاستخلاص بالمذيب نورمال بيوتانول ثم التقدير الطيفي للمركب كليوكوينول oxine-iodo-7-chloro-5.
بينما تشتمل الطريقة الثانية على استخدام نفس التقنية لتقدير المركبين (ايودوكوينول oxine-Diiodo-7,5 وكليوكوينول oxine-iodo-7-chloro-5) و يتم الاستخلاص باستخدام مزيج مكون من (سايكلوهكسانول: هكسان) (l : 4) و تتميز الطريقتان التحليليتان التي تم استخدامهما في تقدير هذه المركبات بالبساطة و السرعة و تم تطبيقهما بنجاح لتقدير المركبات قيد الدراسة في بعض من المستحضرات الصيدلانية.
الملخص EN
Two analytical procedures are reported for the determination of substituted oxine utilizing extraction spectrophotometric technique.
Procedure (A) involves the determination of (5-chloro-7-iodo-oxine) in pharmaceutical preparations and n-butanol is used as extractant.
While procedure (B) is based on the determination of 5, 7-diiodo-oxine and 5-chloro – 7-iodo-oxine but cyclohexanol in hexan (1:4) is used as extractant.
This analytical method proves to be simple, rapid and it is successfully applied for the assay of these compounds in some pharmaceutical preparations.
